(DRAG-A) 'Weho Queens' Take Off Clothes and Take on 'Call Me, Maybe'
DEBUT! (Straight Path) The Seduction!
We seek to turn wayward young men and women (and their enablers) towards a better path, the only path, the "straight" path, so they don't wind up in eternal hellfire. Sponsored by the people who are correct, and non-judgemental towards the lower rungs of humanity.

(OUTscene NW) RE-view: 5th Avenue's Damn Yankees is Angelic with a lot of Hocus Pocus!
by MK Scott
Believe it or I have never seen 'Damn Yankees' and all I knew it was a Baseball musical. I knew of one song "You Gotta have Heart'. In the promotions for 5th Avenue Theater's current production I imagined more of a 'Take me Out' style of more erotic moments.

METRO-SEXUAL: 'Smash': Jaime Cepero says Ellis isn't necessarily gay!
Actor Jaime Cepero plays sneaky Ellis, the character everyone hates, on NBC's musical show "Smash," but thankfully for him, fans haven't carried over that hatred of his character into hating him as a person -- yet.
"Everybody's been really friendly to me," he tells Zap2it.
"People say, 'I really hate your character on the show' ... it worries
me a little bit. I don't want people to think I'm actually this person."
So does he have anything in common with his conniving character?
(SOAP Q) GAY DAYS: Will on the sidelines (Shirtless) – for now
Things have not been terribly interesting on the Will Horton front in recent weeks on Days of Our Lives so how ’bout a shirtless pic of the young lad just to keep us awake!
I know things will perk up again once Will comes out to his parents but for now, we are dealing with him being ex-girlfriend Gabi’s buddy and EJ’s assistant.
Personally, I want to see him check in with grandma Marlena and gay buddy Sonny more often.
The show has changed writers so you just never know how they will handle this very promising storyline.

(OUT TRAVEL) Cruising in Puerto Vallarta!

Diana DeCoste should be the mayor of Puerto Vallarta. Or at least gay Puerto Vallarta.
Each Thursday, she loads about 50 gay men onto a trimaran for a day-long, all-you-can-drink booze cruise.
She was the captain, cruise director and life of the party. Diana was the one with the first tray of Jell-o shots: red, yellow and green, with vodka, rum and tequila, respectively.

(MK SCOTT) ‘American Idol’ Drops Down to Final Five, Who Got Cut?
My least fave, Hollie, once again escaped elimination and my Female fave, Elise Testone was the scapegoat.
Jimmy Iovine saw Elise’s elimination coming (well, unless you consider that he’s predicted it just about every week of the competition). In his analysis of last night’s show, he said her Queen song came off as “clubby” and her Hendrix number fell apart. “Elise has a problem—she’s a great singer, but she made bad choices,” he said.
Besides Elise, Hollie Cavanagh’s shaky “Save Me” landed her in the bottom three. And Skylar Laine’s country number, “self-indulgent,” according to Jimmy, sent her into the third spot. She was the first to be sent back to safety, and finally, Hollie followed, with Elise signging off with a reprise of her best performance of the season, Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love.”

(SOAP Q) HUNK of the WEEK-Ricky!
Ricky was the son of Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Isabella Brana ( Eva Longoria).
Isabella passed her unborn baby off as Michael Baldwin's until his paternity test showed otherwise. Once Paul found out he moved in with her, although everybody believed it was a bad idea. However, Paul moved out when Isabella started pressuring him to marry her. The baby was born and he was named Ricardo Carl after his parents' fathers. Paul decided to move in with Isabella, although he was in love with Christine Blair. Isabella left Paul and Ricky but occasionally visited. Paul brought Ricky to live with Isabella's parents in Los Angeles.
Ricky (Peter Porte) returned to Genoa City working for Avery Clark during the Sharon Newman murder case. He meets his half-sister, Heather Stevens, for the first time. Heather was the general prosecutor in the murder case, causing them to be on opposing sides of the case. Ricky took pictures of Heather kissing Adam Newman, a key suspect in Sharon's case. He originally intended to give the pictures to Phyllis Newman to publish in Restless Style magazine, however, he gave them to Avery for safe keeping instead. When Sharon was finally set free thanks to Phyllis and Ronan Malloy, Avery brought the pictures to the courthouse, and she left them on the desk. When Avery wasn't looking, Phyllis took the pictures and published them on the internet. She ruined Heather's reputation, and this meltdown caused Heather to leave Genoa City permanently. Paul was furious that Ricky was responsible for Heather's departure, but he looked past his son's mistake in order to reconnect with him again. Ricky then sought to bring Phyllis down for stealing his pictures, enlisting in Avery's help to sue her.

(OUTscene AMERICA) RE-view: Eddie's Take on Week 13 of RDR!
by Eddie Walker
Last week’s episode (12) was RuPaul’s Drag Race’s Season 4 recap episode. I didn’t even watch it, because I haven’t missed an episode and I hate re-runs. This week’s episode (13), the queens fought to the death, leaving only one. And America’s next Drag Super Star is…No, wait. RuPaul didn’t name a winner, or even a top two for that matter. She pulled a fast one on us, and decided to withhold who the winner is until the reunion episode next week. I’m not mad at her. She’s just trying to keep those high ratings for one more week. That’s okay though. After watching this week’s episode, I already know exactly how it’s all going to go down.

(OUTscene NW) RE-view; Berlin and Scandal Still 'Take my Breath away'!
![]() |
| Photo/Stamper |
Back in 1982, My sister purchased a new 45"-single from a Band I never heard, 'Berlin' called 'Sex, I'm a ...' and the music was so up-beat and sexy, the lyrics were Dirty, this was risque since the Hippest music, my parents let us listen to was Disco!
As someone who was entering puberty and discovering who I was, the fact that Berlin's Lead singer, Terri Nunn comes out and sings, 'I'm Bi!' was a huge draw. It came Full circle during the Homo-erotic 'Top Gun' with the Berlin's Chart-Topping. 'Take my breath away' during the love scene with (Not OUT) Tom Cruise and (Now OUT) Kelly McGillis!
Following the whole Pat Benatar era of the early 80's, came the Fierce-nest of Patty Smyth and Scandal's 'I'm a warrior'. Last summer before a Seattle Summer Outdoor screening of 'The Apple' they played the Scandal 'Warrior' video.
Fast-forward 25 years, and Both show up in Seattle's Snoqualmie Casino this past Sunday for a show that Rocked the ages.

(INTO THE LIGHT WALK) Walk Passes Halfway Point; Crosses the Mississippi River!
by Alan Bounville
I just spent about an hour calculating how many miles I’ve walked for gender and sexual orientation equality and it is official – I AM OVER HALFWAY DONE! I’ve walked over 3,000 miles every step of the way from Seattle, WA to Church Point, LA! I really can’t express how I feel right now because I’m not sure myself. Never in my life did I think this would be my destiny. I have always been afraid to do anything bigger than myself. And today I can say I’ve walked the length of the continental USA. That’s much bigger than myself. Less than 3,000 miles to go!

(‘DWTS’) Results Recap: MoTOWN Week becomes a Goodbye Party!
Motown Legend, Gladys Knight was in the bottom two with Disney star
Roshon. This would be an interesting dance duel, a contrast of young and
old (or should I say, classic/seasoned — I hesitated to call Gladys
old, but dance is like an athletic endeavor, after all). Host Tom Bergeron
interviewed the two bottom-dwellers to extend the suspense. The couples
would be dancing jive, a hard dance for the duel and I thought this
would definitely benefit Roshon’s hip-hop energy. Poor Gladys! This
seemed way unfair.
The dance duel began with the pairs performing simultaneously Already, Roshon looked much more limber than Gladys, although she kept up gamely with Tristan’s choreography. It was a short duel, but nice to see the more-seasoned competitor giving it her best shot. It was like comparing apples and oranges.

Just 2 years ago, Tony Tripoli was a LA Based Gay Comic/Actor/Writer for the Style Network's 'The Dish' and I asked him to contribute to a segment on the OURview series. I begged him to come to Seattle to perform LIVE and finally Tony was able to book the Jewel Box Theater, the Basement speakeasy at the Rendezvous this past weekend.
I attended Tony's first out of three performances of a 'Tale of two GRINDRS' this Last Saturday and was so proud. As you may know, his Star is rising as the Head writer for Fashion Police on E! and has opened for his Mentor, Joan Rivers. Nearly most of Joan's material these days is coming from Tony. He is become a major player on Joan's Reality show, even going Full-Backend!

(‘DWTS’): Week 6: MO-Town Madness!
“Dancing with the Stars” was ready to show some serious rhythm this week in the first-ever Motown-themed episode.
And luckily, R&B icon Gladys Knight survived elimination last week so that she could fill everyone in on the good old days of the Berry Gordy empire, when the hits just kept on coming (but the artists’ residuals? Not so much!).
Who would make us want to be “Dancing in the Streets” and who would shed “The Tears of a Clown” on Motown night? Would it be Hitsville or Sh— well, you know!
Smokey Robinson, Martha Reeves and The Temptations opened the show with a medley of hits and then the cavalcade of stars proceeded down the stairs. Everyone looked classier than usual, a bit more covered up to replicate the pulled-together Motown style, although Katherine Jenkins showed some amazing cleavage with more of a go-go dancer look. Gladys’ ’60s-style bouffant was perfect for the occasion. Wonder if she wore her hair exactly that way back in the day?
