Rob Mayes, 27,  is a young actor that has been acting since 2006. His roles are mainly guest starring in major TV Series such as Cold case, Bones, and Law & Order: SVU. Some other roles is with "Ice Castles", "The World Without US", and "The American Mall". Rob Mayes also has a small discography. He was in The Navy, and has a sensible "down to earth" upbrining as an outdoors lover and fisherman. He likes to read and vacations at tropical resorts. Mayes is Annie's latest love interest on 90210, will he find out about her Hooker past before she tells him?

(SOAP Q) '90210': Trevor Donovan to have limited return!

 

For those of us who were paying attention, 90210 phased out the gay character of Teddy Montgomery last season after he came out throughout the course of the previous season. Last season, it really showed how Teddy gave the campy show some realism.

Trevor Donovan did solid work as the character and the good news is he will return for (at the very least), the first two episodes of the upcoming season.

Donovan appeared in the third season finale after the character of Silver (Jessica Stroup) asked him to father her child. She is on a deadline to get pregnant because she must undergo preventative cancer treatments that will leave her sterile.

According to Zap2It.com, Donovan has signed for the for the two episodes and could be in many more if he is not cast in the sequel to The Hunger Games. The actor is under consideration for the role of Finnick Odair.

Nick Zano, 34 is best known for having played Vince in The WB's sitcom What I Like About You. He got his big break on MTV, where he hosted that network's former infotainment program about the film industry, Movie House, and briefly worked as an MTV News correspondent before he began an acting career. He has also appeared on Cougar Town. Let's hope we see him shirtless on 90210!

(SOAP Q) Is Teddy returning to 90210?

The gay character of Teddy Montgomery is set to return to The CW’s 90210 later this season for at least one season and may stick around if the show is renewed for a fifth season next fall.

The character, played by Trevor Donovan, joked to Zap2It.com: ‘I said I would come back for an episode if they agreed to make it black and white, and silent.’

The exact circumstances of the return have not been revealed but the website does report that Teddy will reunite with an old West Beverly High classmate and will face a life-changing decision.

Austin is played by former underwear model, Justin Deeley, 25 and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.

In 2010, he went to New York to pursue a modeling career and develop his skills in acting. Deeley was a model for Calvin Klein and Jockey brand of men's underwear. That same year, he made his acting debut when he guest starred in the Nickelodeon television sitcom Victorious.

William Keck in TV Guide:  A marriage to boyfriend Shane (Ryan Rottman) in early November is the beginning of the end for 90210′s Teddy, played by outgoing cast member Trevor Donovan. But what a way to go. I was on set for the colorful nuptials, which take place in a cheesy Vegas chapel with an Elvis impersonator officiating. Silver captures the whole affair on a video that will go viral, and Navid playfully asks the grooms, “Which one of you is pregnant?”

The occasion is bittersweet for Trevor, who appears in only two more episodes after the wedding. He says he was told that Teddy’s coming out story was handled so well that “they didn’t want to take anything away from it by just having me there in the background. I’m in the meat of every episode I’m in, and it’s good that it’s ending with a hero moment.

Trevor Donovan has been one of the more thoughtful actors to ever take on a high-profile gay role on television. It has been clear from the very beginning that playing Teddy Montgomery on 90210 has been a career high point for the actor and his various comments in the past year have been insightful.

So the actor was mortified by the tone of an interview he did with Life & Style magazine in which he said about playing Teddy: “It’s been good for me. Girls want to challenge it. They kind of assume I’m [gay in real life] and try to change me back. Of course, I let them!”

SOAP Q: 90210's Gay Story OVER!

Now that Freddie Smith (Marco) is heading to Days for the Gay Story, you kind of knew something was over at 90210. 

90210 followed the character of Teddy Montgomery (played so very well by Trevor Donovan) as he came to terms with his sexuality throughout last season and came out of the closet to his friends at West Beverly High. Now comes word that the character is being written out of the show.

TV/Line reports that Donovan “will not be returning to The CW soap as a series regular for Season 4. Fans, however, have not seen the last of Teddy.”

Although a spokesperson for the show declined to comment, a 90210 insider says Donovan will appear as a guest star in roughly five episodes this fall.

“I look back on getting this real-life story line as a blessing,” Donovan told TVLine in a statement. “To be able to simultaneously take on a challenging role and bring awareness to a relevant social issue was a win-win for me. I’m looking forward to what opportunities and adventures lie ahead.”

What have fan responses been like so far?

There’s people like girls, guys—all different ages. It’s all been positive, thank God. They’ve been appreciative of what I’ve been doing. This one guy sent me a long letter saying he was a writer and after watching me, it helped him get over his writer’s block. He came up with this new character. It’s really great that my work is touching people. It’s amazing to have people appreciate the work I’m doing.

What can you tell us about the last few episodes of the season?

[Teddy and Marco] go to prom. It’s an amazing prom. It’s going to be a great episode. I think it’s one of the more mature relationships, especially for high school kids. But with these characters, they’re just so mature. They really know what they want and who they are. It’s great to be able to play a character who knows what he wants.

Do you know how many episodes you’ll be in?

I’m not sure. This season is a total of five. There’s a great possibility I’ll be back next year, so I’m looking forward to seeing what they’re doing with it!
