(LIST) Most Ridiculous Celebrity Diets of 2012!

To get skinny, skip breakfast and sit in a cold bath until 10am each morning. Sounds ... crazy, right? Well, it is, according to the British Dietetic Association, which comes up with its five worst celebrity diets of 2012. The New York Daily News runs them down:
  • Dukan Diet: This diet, favored by Jennifer Lopez, Gisele Bundchen, and Kate Middleton's mom is very protein-heavy ... and side effects include bad breath and constipation.
  • 6 Weeks to OMG: Yes, this is the one that calls for the aforementioned cold bath. It also calls for black coffee, but no fruit and lots of protein.
  • Alcorexia: Apparently this is a real thing: A diet where you get pretty much all your calories from alcohol.
