OUTview was thrilled to be Hosted by the Fabulous Kitano New York Hotel just a few blocks from Grand Central Station and nestled between the Empire State Building and Chrysler Building. The Kitano is one of the many Hotels and venues in the NYC area that are taking in the economic opportunities from Legal Marriage Equality addition to New York.

I took a tour of the Hotel and sat down with the Catering Manager, Thanya Phanpinyo, about what Gay couples can look forward from the Kitano.

Fresh from my East Coast Tour I wanted to share my Exclusive Interview with Broadway Star, Nick Adams. Adams, who is known as the 'Bod of Broadway' took some time to speak with me right in front of the Broadway Palace Theater and home to 'Priscilla, queen of the desert, the Musical' in NYC. Nick was wearing a tank to show off his famous BIG Guns and he confessed he wouldn't mind being the 'Broad of Broadway' for as long as the show runs.

During this trip I was mostly anticipating seeing the Priscilla Queen of the Desert musical, not because I am a big fan of the movie but to see a glimpse of the gorgeous, Nick Adams (See Interview), Tony nominee, Tony Sheldon, and the Handsome, Will Swenson. The story is so campy and the music was familiar, and is by far the Gayest show to ever hit Broadway!

(2011 EAST COAST TOUR) MK's visit to DC was Short, But Sweet!

Late on Monday, August 29th as I made my way on the MegaBus to Washington, DC I Tweeted a Gorgeous photo of a Sunset as I entered the state of Maryland.  By the time I arrived in the Nation's Capital it was dark, but quite Humid.

I checked into the Dupont Circle Carlyle Suites  in a gorgeous room with a view of the Washington Monument and on the table was a bottle of wine, 2 glasses, and chocolates. Too Bad I was alone! I tried to enjoy it regardless.

On Thursday, August 25th I boarded a Bus in New York for Philadelphia on Bolt Bus (a great and inexpensive way of traveling the east coast). After 2 hours, I arrive in a stormy and Rainy Philly and got ready to attend the LGBT Media Summit and NLGJA Convention at Loews Philadelphia.

(2011 East Coast Tour) MK takes the Big Apple by Surprise!

My East Coast Tour Started Saturday, August 20th with an extended visit to the Big Apple (New York City) and my tasks included RE-viewing 3 Broadway shows, INTER-viewing a Broadway Star, Discussing Marriage Equality with a panel of experts (for a Special Edition of OURview), and PRE-viewing the Gay Marriage boom that has hit NY, since Gay Marriage became Equal to Straight Marriage.  I spent a total of 5 nights in New York and worked from beginning to end. The finished coverage will last into Fall.
