After they exchange presents and Will says yes, they spend the rest of their scenes shirtless and in bed. These are extended scenes of them talking about their wedding and who to invite etc.

There are those haters out there whose heads explode anytime you say anything complimentary about Guy but I gotta say, he’s got a nice body!

OVTV: (GAY Hospital): Lucas Hooks up with (Lab Tech) Brad, who wants (Nurse) Felix!

Lucas is Ryan Carnes, best known previously for Desperate Housewives and the first Eating Out movie, is no longer blond and he gets to show some real acting chops. He. Is. Terrific.

His scenes with his adoptive mom and his bio dad are powerful and he’s so sexy in his scenes with Parry Shen (Brad). Brad is finding himself torn between newcomer Lucas and Felix, a man he’s had feelings for a long time. Felix is played by the terrific Marc Samuel who guest stars on Leon Acord's Old Dogs & New Tricks.

(SOAP Q) Lucas (EO and DH's Ryan Carnes) returns to GH, TODAY!

Upon his birth in 1989, Victor Jerome (Jack Axelrod) arranges for the baby to be sold on the black market, leading Cheryl (Jennifer Anglin) to believe her son died at birth. (MK Remembers) On the Set with the Late, Jeanne Cooper and Corbin Bernson!

by MK Scott

Today the show, the Young and The Restless, memorialized Jeanne Cooper's Katherine Chancellor and will continue tomorrow.

I first saw the character of Katherine in the mid-80's playing opposite the dashing Thom Bierdz as her step son, Phillip, and she used him to tick off Phillip's mother, Jill.

In 1990, I got to see Jeanne Cooper in person as a guest on Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, as I sat in the audience, Cooper was accepting the Soap Opera Update MVP award as Best Actress of Y & R. I was actually living with a Man in New York who was a family friend of Jeanne's.

By the summer of 1991, I was back in my hometown of Portland, OR and pursuing Extra work on Feature Films. After losing a part in the Disney film, 'Homeward Bound", I was immediately needed for a multi-day shoot on a film that I knew nothing about. I later learned the stars of the film were Corbin Bernson (Cooper's Real son) and Shelly Long. The film was called 'Frozen Assets', yes, really!

(SOAP Q) My General Hospital Story!

by Mike Webber

Today is the 50th Anniversary of General Hospital and I couldn't let this day pass without talking about my own GH experience. As Most, I starting watching because my mom and sister were fans. At 10, I was more interested in GH, than 'All in the Family' Reruns or Cartoons. The summer of Laura and Scotty, Heather and Jeff, Bobbie and Luke, Rick , Monica, Lesley and Alan and then the Luke and Laura!

So in 1992, the summer before College, I was in LA and got an Internship interview at the ABC Prospect Studios. Back in those days, once you were cleared at the gate, you could go anywhere on the lot. By Accident, I came upon the studio for the Home Show! The daily Talker hosted by Gary Collins. I ended up in hallway that were the dressing rooms. A staffer told me how to get to the GH studio from there. The GH Studio had  6 to 8 sets up, (Including the Hospital set, and the Webber/Scorpio Living room, Kelly's Diner and a outside shot of Bobbie's brownstone.) I found the stairwell, which they have used as the Hospital and Hotel stairwell. I went up 2-flights to the Offices of Production. The interview went well. I was then free to head back to the set and it was like a maze trying to find the exit. I did stop off and watch a scene of Bobbie, Tony and and Mac (Jackie Zeman, Brad Maule, John J. York) during the conclusion of t Bobbie being taken Hostage by cop killer, Joseph Atkins ( Scott Lincoln). Jackie and Brad had some pretty intense scenes and you could hear a pin drop. Later, I was introduced to Jackie (Who had just returned from maternity leave, after giving birth to daughter, Lacey), she was wearing a white blouse with fake blood stains. I welcomed her back to the show. I later spotted Sharon Wyatt (Tiffany) in a Blue pant suit getting ready to walk onto the Kelly's Diner set. She spotted me and smiled. While trying to find the exit, I ran smack into actor, Scott Lincoln (Joe), who was nicer and attractive in person. I found the exit, but I really didn't want to leave or have that day end.

(LIST) The best stories in ‘General Hospital’ history!

10. The Asian Quarter: This storyline actually revolved around the Scorpios – Robert, Anna and Robin respectively. Felicia and Frisco also played heavily into the tale, as did racist themes and a higher consciousness that has since vacated soaps. While the story did have some ridiculous touches – the most endearing memory of the story is a young Robin racing into her mother’s arms after being separated for a long period of time. The fact that the Robin and Anna relationship is front and center again today – almost 26 years later – is a testament to the foundation their characters were built on.

9. The Puerto Rico adventures: This was after Luke and Laura returned but before Sonny became the mobster that ate Port Charles. When this story unfolded, yeah, Sonny was a mobster, but he wasn’t monopolizing everything on ‘General Hospital.’ At the time of this storyline, the only thing blowing up was Luke’s boat and the popularity of Sonny and Brenda. I’m not sure when the super couple officially died, but I think for GH, the last one they successfully launched was Sonny and Brenda. There’s certainly no one on the canvas that comes close to matching their fire and charisma. What was also great about the Puerto Rico story was that it involved multiple couples and story arcs, including Ned and Lois and Lily and Miguel. Still, the indelible memory of that story is a wet and bedraggled Sonny and Brenda washing up on shore after almost being killed and immediately starting to make out in the sand. It was ridiculous and ridiculously hot at the same time. Of course, those were the days when couples weren’t forced down your throat and instead were allowed to percolate at their own pace.

8. The Aztec treasure: Back in the 1980s, General Hospital was known for being something of an adventure soap. Everything was big – including the women’s hair. The Aztec treasure story was a fun way to advance the Frisco and Felicia romance, as well as including Robert and Holly and the introduction of Sean Donnelly – who was initially romantically interested in his “princess” – but would later become something of a father figure to her. The story was campy and it really didn’t make a lot of sense – but the location shoots were fun and beautiful and the story is still better than anything they have onscreen today.

7. Luke and Laura return to Port Charles: This happened in 1993. How do I remember? I scheduled my college classes around it so I wouldn’t miss a moment. This is when GH was truly must see TV. First the most beloved super couples of all time returned to town. That they had one of the cutest soap kids ever (Jonathon Jackon’s Lucky) with them was another boost. When Luke and Laura got separated from Lucky, I remember that I wasn’t even remotely worried that Lucky wouldn’t make it to Port Charles on his own. After all, he was the son of Luke and Laura and Jackson made a 10-year-old Lucky seem wise beyond his years. What’s really a shame about this story is what the writers have done since then. This would have been about the time that Ethan was supposedly conceived (off screen) even though we were watching Luke and Laura onscreen and know that he wasn’t sneaking off to have an affair with Holly. Still, this time in GH’s history remains one of its strongest.

(CLASSIC MOMENTS) 30 days of GH--#4!

Tony hears his Daughter's Heart in his Niece!
General Hospital Turns 50 in 4 Days, and we will be counting down with the Greatest moments in TV History. Today we focus on the social Issues that Made General Hospital re-invented in the 90's. But first in the 60's and 70's, it was about Spousal Rape (I was shock How much spousal rape had occurred to the both of the main characters, Audrey and Jessie) and Alcoholism (Lee Baldwin). In 1979, Laura's Rape was re-written as a Forced affair. The 80's was about Action and Adventure, but in 1988, it featured the first Interracial Marriage of Tom and Simone. In the 90's, it was all about realism with Steve and Audrey dealing with Old Age and being attacked in their home by a Psycho  The 90's dealt with Sexual Abuse, Heart Donation, AIDS, Breast Cancer, Drug Addiction, and Rape. From 2006 to 2011, the Last Taboos were lifted with Lucas' Coming Out, Sonny's Bipolar, Robin's Postpartum, and Michael's Prison Rape. Enjoy the clips Below.
