25 years ago Today...Ryan's Hope aired its Final Episode (after 13 years) with Original Cast Member, Jack Fenelli (Michael Levin) marrying his long time Love, Leigh (Felicity LaFortune) , after finally letting go of the ghost of his first wife, Mary (Kate Mulgew). Mary died in 1980 from a car accident. Even Mary's spirit surfaced as she gave her blessing just before the wedding. Also at the Wedding, Pat learned he was indeed the father of Former Love Faith's daugher.

Sexy Rexy came to town 10 years ago as a late teen and have grown up and became father to a Teen son. Rex was always gay friendly and went from failed relationship but ended with first love and mother of his child. His Body was one of the most beautiful ub Daytime. Rex will be missed. Maybe he will show up on GH?

Tina returned in Late summer as well as Cord and Tina and Cord finally reunited after 18 yrs apart. Rex and Gigi married and took their son to London and had a sad goodbye with his uncle Bo! Starr was reunited with Cole and took off to LA to be with him and jumpstart her singing career. Stay Tuned for the saddest goodbye of them all!

Today (From 2009) Oliver Fish was a Cop, Kyle Lewis had a shady past. When Kyle ran into Oliver, it was known that the 2 shared a secret past. Both were members of a Frat house and they became lovers! Oliver was trying to forget and Kyle moved on with Nick. After falling for Stacy's (The Town Slut) trap to get pregnant to get her Sister's Man, Oliver finally came out to his parents, and Roomies but was unaware of fathering Stacy's Baby! It was also too late to get Kyle Back, who became engaged to Nick, will Kyle go through with it? Later, Kyle and Oliver do get together and celebrate the New Year by Making Love! (This marked the first same-sex Love scene in DAYTIME!) When Stacy 'died' and it was revealed that Oliver was the father of her daughter. KISH went away to raise the Baby together. THE END.

In 4 Days, One LIFE to Live ends after 43 Yrs, as we say goodbye we will showcase some the finest, and outrageous moments in Daytime History. Today (From 1999 and 2009) Dorian, who lost her Hubby, Mel, in a Tragic Plane crash, sought advice from the town Medium, Delphina (Lea Delaria) to contact Mel's spirit. When Mel Takes over they kiss passionately. This was by far the first same sex kiss on Daytime (Years before the first official Lesbian Kiss on AMC)! Years later in 2009, Dorian is desperate to beat Viki for Mayor and get the Gay vote, she announces that she is a Lesbian and wants to Marry her campaign manager, 'Mel'! So they announce a Large Mock Gay Wedding and just when Dorian is about ready to get cold feet, she marries 'Mel'! Later, Dorian must decide to stay or go with the marriage. Delphina returns to announce she wants 'Mel' Back! By the way, Dorian won the election!

In 5 Days, One LIFE to Live ends after 43 Yrs, as we say goodbye we will showcase some the finest, and outrageous moments in Daytime History. Today (From 1992) we go back for the Best of the Best and one of the first Gay Stories featuring Homophobia, Youth, and what AIDS can do to a Family. Billy Douglas (Ryan Phillippe) comes out to Rev. Andrew and as he comforts him, a rejected Marty (Pre-Rape) tells the tale of the Rev as a Pedophile! Homophobia attacks around town increase, as Billy must come to terms with himself and Come OUT to save the Rev. Meanwhile, Andrew's Dad, Sloan (Pre-Viki) has to come terms with his rejection of his late gay son William and how his rejection attributed to William's Death from AIDS. Just as Andrew and the town get ready for the AIDS memorial quilt to arrive Billy finally comes OUT. This Landmark story was the start of Gay milestone in Daytime! STAY TUNED FOR MORE!

In 6 Days, One LIFE to Live ends after 43 Yrs, as we say goodbye we will showcase some the finest, and outrageous moments in Daytime History. Today (From 2011) Todd was shocked to walk into his office and see a man with his Old face (Pre-Plastic surgery)! The Man claims to be the Real Todd Manning calls the other a fake. Both Viki and Starr believe the stranger, but how can they both have the sane DNA? Can they be related? Viki is shocked to see her old friend and Father's mistress, Irene on her doorstep! Irene tells the tale of Todd and his twin, Victor Lord, Jr and how she faked her death in 1978 and kidnapped Todd (from Mitch) in 2003 and held him prisoner for 8 yrs and gave his twin, Victor a new face! Victor was brainwashed to have Todd's Memories (How Convenient)! When Vic, Jr refused give Todd back his life, Todd grabbed a gun and went after Vic. Others also went after Vic too and when Vic was found Murdered, who did it? The Family was called to the the reading of the Will, and even Greedy Tina showed up to see what her brother left her! The Contents stunned everyone! Irene was the sole heir! Tina got Vic's ring. Tina confronts her Mother for abandoning her at the age of 16. Later, Irene plants a Bomb at Vic's House and meets up with Todd and shoots him. Later Todd shoots Irene, Dead! He confesses to shooting Irene in self-defense, but suddenly realizes he killed his twin too. WHAT A MESS!

Today (From 2009-2011) following Nash's Death, Jess hooked up with Brody, but after Jess thought she was 17 (Long Story) she rejected Brody and he hooked up with a rejected, Nat and Jess hooked up with the super Hot, Ford. Later a recovered, Jess became Pregnant and so did Nat! One of the DNA tests were switched and later Jess learned that Brody could be the father of Nat's Baby and he wasn't the father of her baby! Jess was devastated and Tess Returned! Viki wanted to keep Jess' baby away from Tess so Tess used the fact that Viki's current hubby, Charlie was sleeping with her arch rival, Echo to push Niki to return! Later Viki faces Niki and Jean for Full control, Will Viki succeed? Will Jess Return and face the truth?

In 8 Days, One LIFE to Live ends after 43 Yrs, as we say goodbye we will showcase some the finest, and outrageous moments in Daytime History. Today (From 2008-2009), After Dorian takes over the Family company, Jess' hubby, Nash and Nat's Hubby, Jared comes to blows and Nash Dies after a tragic accident! Jess is so lost and angry at Nat that Tess returns to seek revenge! Tess tries to kill Viki, Nat, Jared, etc. On the other side of town, Todd discovers a very much alive, Marty, who has no memory of her former life! Marty moves in and Todd and Marty get close and Make Love (Marty was unaware that Todd raped her in 1993)! Todd and Marty make plans to marry and Todd makes plans to steal his (and Marty's) Grand-daughter! Later, Todd changes his mind but someone else has other ideas. Tess goes into labor, but Chloe is Still-Born. A new alter is created, 'Bess' and takes Chloe and switches it with Starr's Hope! Starr is devastated. John rescues Marty. Later Jess returns, remembers and give Hope back to her cousin, Starr. Marty confronts Todd about Raping her yet again! STAY TUNED,  IT GETS WORSE!

In 9 Days, One LIFE to Live ends after 43 Yrs, as we say goodbye we will showcase some the finest, and outrageous moments in Daytime History. Today (From 2005-2006), After Jess is almost raped, Jess starts dressing differently and calling herself "Tess". A New personality, like mom, Viki? It seems like it. Tess Meets Nash in NY and gets Pregnant! Jess' Boyfriend, Antonio is unaware of Tess and Nash. Viki suspects Tess has taken over and thinks Niki knows the secret, and pushes Dorian to bring back Niki. Niki and Tess go on the run! Clint brings back Viki and they discover that when Jess was young, Niki went barhopping and left Jess alone to be taken home by Norman (a Kiddie Porn Producer)! This event created "Tess" and Viki and Clint are Horrified! Once Jess does face the truth and returns will she choose Nash or Antonio? STAY TUNED!

(SOAP Q) Slezak thinks "Too late" For ONE LIFE; THE CHEW Impossible To Watch

ONE LIFE TO LIVE legend Erika Slezak reflected on her career and the show's cancellation, Prospect Park and the future when she spoke with Smashing Interviews Magazine. She said she was not too pleased with ABC for canceling their soaps, and 

I think it’s too late to revive ONE LIFE. But, I said that up front. Without Frank, it would be hopeless because Frank was the heart and soul of that show. I think without him, it would be impossible to put it together unless he becomes available again. But, many have moved on, so I think it’s pretty much dead.

Slezak doesn't agree with Brian Frons and ABC that fans want "information" instead of "entertainment" and questioned how much money they would actually make with THE REVOLUTION or THE CHEW: The problem is they’re all trying to be television personalities. They scream and laugh and they talk over each other, and it makes it impossible to watch. I’ve said this to one of their producers. I asked, “Can’t they just speak one at a time?” He said, “No, no, no, they can’t do that. They have to show enthusiasm.” But, you can’t understand them and you can’t hear them. Slezak is open to any new opportunity. Hopefully a savvy producer will cast her in just the right role whether it be on television, the web, film or the theater.

Today (From 2004-2005), Poor Nora, after Bo dumped her for sleeping with Sam, and after failed relationships with Sam and Troy. Nora was grateful that fellow DA, Daniel wanted to date and marry her! At the same time Dorian's Nephew, Paul was Blackmailing, Babyswitching, and even tried to Rape Nat and soon after was found dead. Nat was the prime suspect until Sam's daughter, Jen was looking guilty. In truth she was being framed by the real murderer, Daniel! Jen is found dead by Rex. What was Daniel's motive? Paul was Blackmailing Daniel with shocking proof that he was Gay and had a secret Young lover, Mark! As Daniel was moving up in Politics, Bo was glad to Nab him and fill in to a shocked Nora of her new hubby's activities. One of the Most shocking stories in daytime history!
