In 4 Days, One LIFE to Live ends after 43 Yrs, as we say goodbye we will showcase some the finest, and outrageous moments in Daytime History. Today (From 1999 and 2009) Dorian, who lost her Hubby, Mel, in a Tragic Plane crash, sought advice from the town Medium, Delphina (Lea Delaria) to contact Mel's spirit. When Mel Takes over they kiss passionately. This was by far the first same sex kiss on Daytime (Years before the first official Lesbian Kiss on AMC)! Years later in 2009, Dorian is desperate to beat Viki for Mayor and get the Gay vote, she announces that she is a Lesbian and wants to Marry her campaign manager, 'Mel'! So they announce a Large Mock Gay Wedding and just when Dorian is about ready to get cold feet, she marries 'Mel'! Later, Dorian must decide to stay or go with the marriage. Delphina returns to announce she wants 'Mel' Back! By the way, Dorian won the election!
