(CAUGHT) Prince Harry NUDE photos are REAL!

Photos of Prince Harry romping around a Vegas hotel room in his birthday suit have hit TMZ and are sure to cause ripples in the royal family.

The Guardian reports: Royal aides suggested that Clarence House may contact the Press Complaints Commission if the pictures are used by British publications. The PCC declined to confirm whether it had been contacted by Clarence House.

Each of the major British newspapers chose not to use them in online stories by late on Wednesday, although they were published by the Ireland-based Westminster gossip blog, Guido Fawkes.

The reticence of the British media is likely to be interpreted by some in the industry as further evidence of a chilling effect caused by the Leveson inquiry into media ethics. Tabloid executives, including the Sun editor Dominic Mohan and the Mail Online publisher Martin Clarke, have complained to the inquiry that they could be forced out of business if they are unable to publish material that is put online by media organisations in other countries and widely available on the internet.

When news broke that Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) would be Mitt Romney's 2012 running mate, many clamored to see the could-be-VP in a new way: shirtless.


Google searches for "Paul Ryan shirtless" soared in the hours after it was announced Ryan would be the GOP vice presidential nominee. The congressman is a known fan of P90X, a program the New York Times describes as an "intense 90-day workout routine and nutrition plan mixing elements of body-weight training, cardio, yoga and martial arts."

TMZ reports the photo was "taken roughly six years ago," before Ryan started the P90X workout. The photo is reportedly from a family vacation in Oklahoma and features Ryan's wife Janna.

HIGH: Barefoot Bandit CAUGHT Bragging, Insulting Cops!

The notorious Barefoot Bandit was caught boasting about his wild crime spree and hurling insults at police and prosecutors, which could hurt the young thief during his sentencing in federal court Friday. In jailhouse phone calls and emails that were monitored by authorities, 20-year-old Colton Harris-Moore called the police "swine" and "asses" and referred to the San Juan County prosecutor as a "complete fool," while bragging about his illegal exploits, reports the Seattle Times.

Federal prosecutors say the exposed statements show Harris-Moore's lack of remorse, but they are sticking to a plea agreement of asking the judge for a 6 1/2-year sentence. (He boasted about getting that relatively light punishment, too.) "The things I have done as far as flying and airplanes goes, is amazing," the Barefoot Bandit wrote in one email. "Nobody on this planet have done what I have, except for the Wright brothers."

PROOF: Brutal Assault of Gay High School Student by Bully Caught on Tape!

A gay student at Union-Scioto High School in Chillicothe, Ohio was brutally beaten this week by another student for being gay. Class members watched as the bully waited for the student to arrive in the classroom, grabbed him, pushed him to the ground and punched him in the face.

Another student recorded the assault on his cell phone. The video was posted to Facebook.
The bully had harassed the gay student (who has not been identified) on Facebook a few days earlier, writing "You fag. Check out the definition of a fag."
