‘DWTS’ Elimination creates a "Situation"!

Dancing with the Stars‘ sent another celebrity packing, after a particularly difficult week of performing in the round on an intimate stage, Fancast Reports.

And The Situation is this: The party is over for Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino. The ‘Jersey Shore‘ star and his partner Karina Smirnoff did not survive their “terrible mess” of an Argentine Tango this week and were voted off the show Tuesday night.

“I told myself, you know what, if I got eliminated today I put it all on the floor last night,” The Situation said during his exit interview, and then bowed down. “It is what it is. I tried my best and at the end of the day, somebody had to go home.”

The Situation skipped the press line after the show to tend to a toothache before heading off to appear on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” according to his partner Karina Smirnoff. But dancer filled us in on how the booted dancer is doing. “He’s okay. He’s a little upset understandably so,” she told reporters after the taping.

“It’s okay,” she continued. “It was very predictable after last night. I totally thought it was going to be us. The scores were quite low and the remarks weren’t that encouraging either. But it’s okay. I had so much fun on the show and I got to meet the real Mike and he’s a sweetheart. I think his time was cut a little too short on the show. I think he had a couple of more weeks in him, but it is what it is.”
