City #5, (and #15 on the Top Gay Honeymoon Destinations List) is Seattle, WA!
Jason Dorn and Brian Lammers (Both in their 40's) from San Francisco, CA, have been together for 12 Years and was the 1st couple in our Gay Wedding Series.
Back in December 2012, as Dorn and Lammers returned to Seattle to make it Legal and we were honored to follow them on a Professional Photo shoot to Pike Place Market and Dale Chihuly's new Garden of Glass at the Seattle Center.
Dorn is the VP of Events for Dot429.
In the coming the months, our chosen couples will experience each city will share photos from their adventure.
Where to Stay: Hotel Vintage Plaza
Where to Dine: Tin Table, Il Fornaio, Barrio, La Spiga,
What to See: Chihuly's Garden of Glass, Space Needle, EMP, Pike Place Market.
What to do: City Tours and Cruise around the Bay, Great Wheel
Where to Socialize: Q, Lobby, Purr
Where to Go: Brian and Jason's Favorite Spot(s): Our favorite spot in Seattle has to be the Chihuly Gardens and Glass for it's peaceful beauty and 'reflection'.
The Hotel Vintage Park upgraded us to the large one bedroom suite, had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries delivered every day and handed out gift bags to all our guests upon check in at no cost. In addition, they opened up their free wine hour to ALL of our wedding guests, not just those that stayed at the hotel. They also upgraded my parents room, and the concierge, Amber sent us a valentines present of t-shirts and a photo of us in our tuxedo's at the hotel and a handwritten card... 4 months AFTER the wedding.
