Jobriath A.D. (9:30 p.m., Egyptian Theatre)
Called
“The American Bowie,” “The True Fairy of Rock & Roll” and the first
openly gay rock star, Jobriath left a legacy deeper than his brief
reign. An early casualty of AIDS, new generations of fans have
discovered him and the Pet Shop Boys, Joe Elliott of Def Leppard,
Siouxsie Sioux, Scissor Sisters and Morrissey have all cited Jobriath as
a groundbreaking influence.

actresses Olympia Dukakis (MOONSTRUCK) and Brenda Fricker (MY LEFT
FOOT) star in this infectious romantic comedy about two lovers who go on

Shorts Program: Reel Queer Youth (1 p.m., Pacific Place AMC)
These
three films were produced over the summer in Three Dollar Bill Cinema’s
2012 Reel Queer Youth filmmaking workshop, a video production and media
literacy training program for LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual,
transgender and queer) youth and allies ages 13-20. Funded by Three
Dollar Bill Cinema and the City of Seattle Office of Arts & Cultural
Affairs and produced in partnership with Reel Grrls.
SWAN LAKE 3D (4:30 p.m., Pacific Place AMC)
Presented
in stunning 3D, Bourne’s contemporary and controversial gender-bending
interpretation of the beloved Russian classic includes a revised
Tchaikovsky score and a flock of gorgeous swans. The stage production
completed four world tours, won over 30 prestigious awards (including a
Tony), and was the longest-running ballet on Broadway.
Gay TV Dinner: Drag Race Unleashed (5 p.m., Central Cinema)
Bring
back…my girls! Put the bass in your walk for this big-screen
celebration of TV’s most charismatic, unique and nervy talent
