(OUTscene NW) COVERAGE: Bellevue's Posh Party Beauty & Trend Show!

Bellevue Fashion Week wrapped up with the Posh Party Beauty and Trend Show, an evening of tips, tricks, and how to's for rocking fall's style and beauty trends. Here's what went down, according to Seattle Met:

-The high-energy ladies from Benefit Cosmetics performed a transformative, brow-focused makeup tutorial. They weren't kidding when they claimed some eyebrow attention is like a mini facelift; their model came out looking refreshed and years younger. You can stop by the Benefit Brow Bar at the downtown or Bellevue Macy's locations for your own scalpel-free lift.

-Urban Decay's brand rep showed off their new Vice eyeshadow palette. The colors are bright—like hot pink bright—and while we don't know exactly how to work that into our own beauty routine, we can appreciate a vibrant eyelid for fall.

-Terri Morgan of TCM Models and Talent and Bruce Pflaumer from PStyle Image Consulting kicked off the fashion show with some tips on how to make the fall styles work for you. Their best advice? Pattern blocking—this season's color blocking—should be based on a singular color story to keep you looking cool and not crazy.

-The night's runway show featured looks from Bellevue Square stores like Macy's, Vince, and Banana Republic and touched on all of fall's trends: oxblood reds, hippie-chic, power suiting, furs, equestrian-meets-military, pattern blocking, and leather accents.

100% of the ticket price benefited Bellevue LifeSpring. Photos by DAVIS.
