Some 
foods have an underserved reputation as being healthy snacks, writes 
Katherine Tallmadge at the 
Washington Post. She runs down five common ones, including: 
-  Energy bars:
 These are actually "calorie bombs," she writes. Sugar is usually the 
first or second ingredient. Going for a hike? Try nuts and dried fruit 
instead.
 
                                                                
-  Reduced-fat peanut butter: The oil is the healthiest part, so it actually makes the peanut butter less healthy to remove it. Use the regular stuff.
 
-  "Enhanced" water: Vitaminwater and similar brands sound like they'll do you wonders; their products, however, are pretty much just sugar water.
