TROUBLE: Christine O'Donnell Walks Out on Piers Morgan!

Christine O'Donnell fled an interview on Piers Morgan Tonight after the host pressed her for her views on gay marriage. O'Donnell said she only wanted to talk about the policies outlined in her new book, Troublemaker, and Morgan responded that the book discusses sexual ethics. "I'm not being weird, you're being rude," O'Donnell tells Morgan. "Don't you think as a host if I say this is what I want to talk about that's what we should address?" she asks. "Not really, no. You're a politician," responds the unflappable Morgan, who describes himself as "rather charming and respectful," not rude. Suddenly the Tea Party champion says she's "being called away," CNN reports.

"I was supposed to be speaking at the Republican Women's Club at 6, and I chose to be a little late for that," she says, removing her microphone on her side of the split-screen interview as an aide stands in front of the camera. "Not to endure a rude talk show host, but to talk to you about my book and the issues I address in my book." O'Donnell "wasn't happy about me quizzing her re views on witchcraft and sex. But really flipped at gay marriage Qs," the host tweeted afterward. "My first-ever walkout in 25 years of interviews."
