ENTERTAINMENT: Lindsay Lohan Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Theft and Free (For now)!

AP) – Lindsay Lohan pleaded not guilty today to felony grand theft of a $2,500 necklace—a case that could return the starlet to jail rather than the big screen. She'll be freed on $40,000 bail and is due back in court on Feb. 23. Prosecutors claim the 24-year-old starlet took the necklace in January while on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case.

"You're in a different situation now that a felony has been filed against you," said Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz. "If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail and your attorney won't be successful this time. ... You need to follow the laws just like everybody else. ...
