Since daytime soaps have been so less gay since the cancellation of As the World Turns (Luke, Noah and Reid) and the purging of gay characters on One Life to Live (Fish, Kyle and Nick), The Days (Chad and Will) story looks abandoned since Will has been kissing his Step-aunt so it’s nice to hear that one of the few remaining gay characters – Phillip Chancellor III on The Young and the Restless - returns to the show in February.
I must confess Thom Bierdz mentioned he was on the Y & R set last week but I wanted to wait for more of an official statement. My friend, Greg in Hollywood, posted a statement made by Thom to Greg about his return. “I’ll be on TV in a couple of weeks. My character Phillip Chancellor III returns …. Some good storylines reach a climax then.”
I chatted with Thom a few weeks and said He is so ready for a romance with Rafe, and said Yani (Rafe) is also ready. We hope this time it goes beyond the flirting and we get a glimpse of Thom's Hot body!
