It's no wonder that Billy is an alcoholic, his life has been one Drama after another. Son of the Town Gold digger and one of richest men in town, Billy started drinking early and fell hard for Mac in High School. After they eloped, Billy learned that he just married is his cousin! Billy was forced to annul the marriage to his true love/'Cousin' and left town. While in NYC, Billy met Chloe and they 'hooked up' not realizing she was the daughter of his mother's maid. Billy returned home and was confronted with news that Chloe was with child! Billy continued to drink as he had a torrid affair with his slutty sister-in-law, who also ended up pregnant by her very married ex-hubby!
Billy did the honorable thing and married Chloe, the mother of his child. Mac returned to town with news they weren't cousins after all! If that wasn't enough. his half-brother Phillip returned from the dead and revealed he faked his death to conceal his Gayness. Billy was the first one to forgive Phillip. Billy bounced back, bought into the Family magazine, relaunched it into a tabloid, divorced Chloe (She had fallen for Phillip's son, Chance) and started to build a life with Mac.
Bored Billy started drinking again and hooked up with the very married/soon to be single, Victoria and the moment the ink was dry on the divorce papers whisked her away to Jamaica and while on a binge, married her! This past week, their families who have hated each other for years, found out about the union and blew up! Has Billy found his match? Will he able to stay sober? Does he truly love Victoria?
