Melissa Gilbert has been surprisingly resilient all season on “Dancing with the Stars,” but I wondered on Tuesday night if she would finally be sent back to her own Little House. The TV icon and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy’s
Monday performance of the Argentine tango only scored 21, the low for
the night. The dance was one of the weirdest I’ve ever seen on the show,
too, with the 40-something star turned upside down and married off to a
mannequin on classical music night. But Melissa’s fan base has been
stronger than Disney kid Roshon Fegan, and I believed he would be in the dance duel again like last week.

(DWTS) Recap: Classical Night turns into a ABS-War!
“Dancing with the Stars” was going to seem like it had lost a bit of heart this week, as the likable and classy Gladys Knight had
been eliminated last Tuesday. But the remaining competitors had to
forge on. And week 7’s challenge was a tough one, as the celebrities
would be required to do a Team Dance as well as the usual individual
performances. I was looking forward to seeing the stars dance to
classical music, which would for the first time add a touch of elegance
and—gasp!—culture to a reality show.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy wants to make one thing abs-olutely clear: He has won the body war against rival “Dancing with the Stars” pros Mark Ballas and Derek Hough.

(‘DWTS’) Results Recap: MoTOWN Week becomes a Goodbye Party!
Motown Legend, Gladys Knight was in the bottom two with Disney star
Roshon. This would be an interesting dance duel, a contrast of young and
old (or should I say, classic/seasoned — I hesitated to call Gladys
old, but dance is like an athletic endeavor, after all). Host Tom Bergeron
interviewed the two bottom-dwellers to extend the suspense. The couples
would be dancing jive, a hard dance for the duel and I thought this
would definitely benefit Roshon’s hip-hop energy. Poor Gladys! This
seemed way unfair.
The dance duel began with the pairs performing simultaneously Already, Roshon looked much more limber than Gladys, although she kept up gamely with Tristan’s choreography. It was a short duel, but nice to see the more-seasoned competitor giving it her best shot. It was like comparing apples and oranges.

(‘DWTS’): Week 6: MO-Town Madness!
“Dancing with the Stars” was ready to show some serious rhythm this week in the first-ever Motown-themed episode.
And luckily, R&B icon Gladys Knight survived elimination last week so that she could fill everyone in on the good old days of the Berry Gordy empire, when the hits just kept on coming (but the artists’ residuals? Not so much!).
Who would make us want to be “Dancing in the Streets” and who would shed “The Tears of a Clown” on Motown night? Would it be Hitsville or Sh— well, you know!
Smokey Robinson, Martha Reeves and The Temptations opened the show with a medley of hits and then the cavalcade of stars proceeded down the stairs. Everyone looked classier than usual, a bit more covered up to replicate the pulled-together Motown style, although Katherine Jenkins showed some amazing cleavage with more of a go-go dancer look. Gladys’ ’60s-style bouffant was perfect for the occasion. Wonder if she wore her hair exactly that way back in the day?

‘DWTS’ Results: Does DeGraw Regret Not Going SHIRTLESS?
The elimination for “Dancing with the Stars” week five looked like a no-brainer, as Gavin DeGraw stood alone with the lowest score. Judge Len Goodman
called Gavin’s Monday night samba a “sham-ba,” and despite his canoe
being one of the coolest props in “DWTS” history, the singer only rated a
19 for the dance with partner Karina Smirnoff.
Enough of the recaps and on to the dance duel! Gavin and Karina and Jaleel and Kym were in the bottom two and ready to rumble. Before the dancing, more interviews by Tom Bergeron–Jaleel sang a bar of “I’m Telling You I’m Not Going” while Gavin displayed his self-deprecating wit. He looked ready to go home.

DWTS: ‘DWTS’ Recap: Latin Week! Who went shirtless?
“Dancing with the Stars” went into its Latin week with a big mystery—would one Latin celebrity on the show actually perform? Telenovela star William Levy
caused panic amongst his fans by tweeting that he might not hit the
ballroom floor after he injured his right ankle in Sunday’s rehearsal
with partner Cheryl Burke. So, on a night when all the
stars would perform either samba, salsa, or Argentine tango, we hoped
William would get a doctor’s clearance to shake it for the ladies on
Monday night.
Carlos Santana opened the show with “Evil Ways,” the perfect start for the night of Latin numbers. It looked like Karina Smirnoff almost tripped walking down the introductory stair segment, and Melissa Gilbert was back and looking fine (with her former co-star, Alison Arngrim glimpsed applauding in the audience).
It was shirtless Night, when Jaleel, Maks, Derek took it off, but William, Tristan, Mark, Gavin, and Donald kept it On. It was great to see Jaleel much teased, 8-Pack! Urkel is HOT!

STUNNING: William Levy's Shirtless Plank!
Dancing with the Stars' Cuban stunner William Levy does his version of planking.
Said Levy to People: "I might be doing all these good things now, but I'm still a very humble person and I think you should never lose that. When you lose that, you lose the chance to enjoy life with everyone around you."

(DWTS) Week Four RESULTS: Where was the Daytime Bitch Vote?
After Melissa Gilbert’s shocking collapse on Monday night’s “DWTS,”
the Week 4 elimination show seemed like it would be anticlimactic. No
one really cared who would go home, but everyone wanted to know if
Melissa would make it to the show tonight. And if she didn’t get
eliminated by the voters, would she be able to continue dancing after
tweeting that she’d suffered a mild concussion and whiplash?
The show began with clips showing Melissa leaving in the ambulance. They were really milking this!
Tom announced that Melissa was absent and would be taking a rest day on doctor’s advice. The host talked to Maks and he said he had hurt his arm during the dance but quickly changed that topic and declared, “Gavin was a true gentleman.” Maks laughed that Melissa was sedated but is looking forward to next week, if they made it through.

DWTS: ‘DWTS’ Recap: Dancers Rock Out (Shirtless), Gilbert Injured!
“Dancing with the Stars” was ready to rock and roll after having said goodbye to soap star Jack Wagner
last Tuesday during confessional week. Rock week has always been a
mixed bag as it doesn’t easily lend itself to ballroom, but it seemed as
though musicians Gavin DeGraw and Gladys Knight
would have a small edge on Monday night’s performance show. The show
even left Melissa Gilbert in tatters, as she was sent via ambulance with
a neck brace.
Rock band KISS opened the show by performing “Rock and Roll All Nite,” fresh off their appearance at the Country Music Awards. The veteran rockers sure have been on the TV show circuit—what’s up with that? It was a typically great performance by KISS; they know what they’re doing by now. Odd they are appearing on Family-Friendly TV, Middle America may have a problem with this.
Time for the parade of stars, accompanied by the drumming of KISS, which joined Harold Wheeler and the band. Donald Driver was flashing his abs and so was Derek Hough, Val Chmerkovkskiy and his better known brother, Maks Chmerkovskiy. Loved Gladys and Gavin’s’ elaborate eye makeup. So Gay!

(DWTS) Week Three RESULTS: Where was the SOAP FAN Vote?
After the emotion of personal storytelling on last night’s show,
which celebrity would go home on Tuesday seemed like anyone’s guess on “Dancing with the Stars.” This writer thought Gavin or Roshon would leave.
Okay, it was the moment of truth at last. Jack and Gavin in the bottom two! The couples walked down the stairs of shame and Tom interviewed both of the cellar dwellers before they got the big news. I didn’t like the way they milked it, again. Final result? The loser was….Jack Wagner! The soap star looked NOT shocked! I was too, as he did so well last night and we met his daughter. Oh, well!
I did notice that Jack knew he was leaving because he thanked the judges BEFORE he was eliminated. It was quite transparent that the eliminated couple knows in advance, so they can prepare to appear on Jimmy Kimmel, and wake up at 4am to appear on GMA at 5:15am. Can they get more obvious? Here's hoping Jack heads back to GH soon!

LAST SHOT: Soon to be Departing DWTS, Gavin DeGraw CAUGHT Shirtless!
(DWTS) Week Three: ‘DWTS’ Recap: Jenkins Sizzles, White Melts, Levy Rips!
It was up close and personal time on “Dancing with the Stars”
week 3 – in which the celebrities would offer their fans a personal
story interpreted through dance. And in season 14’s version of the
theme, the stars were to pick a memorable year of their lives to talk
and dance about. Sadly, with the loss of Martina Navratilova on
last week’s elimination show, we weren’t able to hear how the tennis
champ beat breast cancer. But with a Cuban refugee and twice-divorced
actress amongst the cast, there were lots of possibilities!

(DWTS) Week Two RESULTS: Where was the Lesbian Vote?
Martina Navratilova was rarely beaten on the tennis
court but the dance floor proved an insurmountable challenge for the
famed athlete. On Tuesday night, she was the first celebrity to be
eliminated on Season 14’s “Dancing with the Stars.”
Martina’s Monday night jive received the lowest score, a 17, and it was clear she couldn’t keep up with the fast dance – or the rest of the strong celebrity field. You would think the Lesbian Viewer for Rally to keep her.

(DWTS) Week Two: Favorites Falter After a Strong First Outing!
When we last saw our new “Dancing with the Stars” cast, one well-known TV star (Jaleel White) and an unknown singer (Katherine Jenkins) had taken control of the first week’s competition while a hunky Latin lover (William Levy)
had created a frenzy never seen before in the ballroom. But the other
celebrities weren’t far behind, as they danced brilliantly, resulting in
the best first show of any of the previous “DWTS” seasons.
All in all, it was a great start to season 14, and we were looking forward to the level of dancing being sustained in the second week. But this week, there would be an elimination, so everyone had to be on their game.
So here we go, and let the Levy-mania continue!
The traditional parade of stars began. Jack Wagner’s partner Anna Trebunskaya is the one showing off cleavage this week, and my gosh, WHAT was Martina Navratilova wearing? It looks like a tennis net worn as a top, how appropriate! I continued to be amazed by her makeover.
