How did Luke and Laura end up Here?

General Hospital Turns 50 in 19 Days, and we will be counting down with the Greatest moments in TV History. Today (From 1981-83) Luke and Laura get closer again as they try to locate a Black Diamond, called the ' Ice Princess', and the Cassadine Family will do anything to get it  (More Later). Luke meets WSB agent Robert Scorpio (Tristian Rogers) and they join forces. Alex Quartermaine (Renee Anderson) goes back to her former Lover, Tony Cassadine, (Andre Landzaat) but only after she kills her current Lover, James Duval (Arthur Roberts), with the Ice Princess. Laura returns home to find Duval's Body and is haunted by her ex-lover, David Hamilton's murder from years earlier. Later Luke, Laura and Robert stowaway on the Cassadine Yacht. Laura (as Lucy) becomes a Maid to Tiffany Hill (Sharon Wyatt) , mistress to Tony's Brother, Victor (Thao Penghlis) and later during the screening of the Royal Wedding of Charles and Di (Yes, Really) Robert steals the secret Duval formula from Victor. When everyone leaves the yacht they head to a deserted island and we meet the dangerous brother, Mikkos (John Colicos) and his underground compound. Mikkos reveals that the formula is for Carbonic Snow and will use it to Freeze Port Charles as a demonstration of Power! (Really!) It is Summer in Port Charles, NY and the residents are amazed by a Blizzard! The Hosipital is at Max and is 6 hours from losing all Power. Luke and Laura go after a captured Scorpio and are shocked to discover the frozen bodies of Alex and Tony (Really)! As they are captured, Mikkos wants Luke to swear his loyalty, but as they fight, Mikkos gets thrown in the freezer! Luke tries to unlock the weather machine and realizes this code is 'ICE PRINCESS' and PC is saved.

Watch Out, Laura!  Liz wants your Man!

After the wedding of Luke and Laura (More Later), Luke is summoned to meet Mrs Mikkos Cassadine, Helena (Elizabeth Taylor) and is cursed to lose  the power of Love (Really!)! Laura disappears and is presumed dead. The Man, that is thought responsible, David Gray ( Paul Rossilli), is after all women, named Laura, including the sister (Janine Turner) of Jackie Templeton (Demi Moore). Luke goes after David with a Magic sword! (Really) Luke mourns Laura and goes camping and meets the Beautiful, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) and they make love. Luke is unaware that Holly is a Con Artist, who eventually, marries Robert. Laura resurfaces and is Stalked by her new rapist/husband, Stavros Cassadine (John Martinuzzi), son of Mikkos and Helena, forces Luke to watch him Rape Laura! (Whoa!) Luke knocks him out and Stavros 'Dies' in The Hospital, But that is not the whole story. We have to wait 13 years to hear what really happened.  STAY TUNED!
