(SOAP Q) GAY DAYS; Will talks to Gabi and to Marlena about coming out to his parents!

Will  continues his coming out process. He still has not patched things up with his mother, Sami, who ran out of apartment when he told her he was gay.
He ran into ex-girlfriend Gabi at Horton Town Square (where else?) and old her about Sami’s reaction.

The highlight of this episode is that we get our first Will and Marlena scene in awhile. Marlena had been presumed dead the was hiding in a safe house pretending to be dead (God that storyline is stupid!) so there was no opportunity for heart-to-hearts between grandmother and grandson.

Will tells her about coming out to his parents and he is clearly hurt over Sami’s reaction. Marlena knows this and she knows her daughter. She tells Will: “You know what? She will come around when she realizes it’s not about her. Right now, I’m sure Sami thinks your being gay has something to do with her as a parent. But you, are living your truth. And that’s what’s really important.” SO GOLDEN!
