LOGO network to give Lady Gaga highest honor!

Logo, the entertainment network for gays, lesbians and their families and friends, announced today that Lady Gaga (above) will be honored with the "Always Next, Forever Now" Award at the "NewNowNext Awards" 2011, reports Salt Lake Tribune.

Given annually, this award pays homage to a beloved pop icon. Due to her tour schedule, Lady Gaga will accept the award remotely unveiled in front of a live audience at the show's taping at the Avalon in Hollywood on April 7.

Past recipients for the "Always Next, Forever Now" Award include Britney Spears, Janet Jackson and Paula Abdul.
