‘Absolutely Fabulous’ Picked Up By Logo is FAB!

Patsy and Edina have probably inspired almost as many drag queens as Cher and Liza, so it's remarkably fitting that they'll be joining RuPaul and the gals on Logo., the LGBT-focused cable channel announced that they've acquired the full five seasons of Absolutely Fabulous, the BAFTA-winning sitcom starring Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley as boozy besties, Reports BBC America.

“When it comes to ‘OMFG’ television, AbFab raises the bar with its notorious, hard-partying duo Patsy and Edina,” says Marc Leonard, Logo's SVP of Multiplatform Programming, via press release. “This irreverent series about the ultimate anti-heroes changed the comedy genre and fits beautifully with Logo’s fierce programming.”

The show will premiere on Logo with a weekend-long marathon starting Saturday, April 16th at 2 pm EST, subsequently moving to a Thursdays at 10 pm timeslot.
