Perez Hilton continues to insist the upskirt photo of Miley Cyrus that he posted is not child porn, and says Cyrus has no one to blame but herself for the shot. The picture doesn’t show Miley sans underwear—it just shows her “getting out of the car in an unladylike fashion, and I thought that was funny,” he told Joy Behar last night, adding that celebrities should know how to exit a car when photographers are present.
“I think it’s insulting to children to accuse that of child pornography,” he added, in part because it’s not an “arousing” photo—it’s just an “unflattering vantage view.” He’s not scared of being charged with child porn—in fact, “I don’t regret what I did and I would do the same thing again,” he said. After all, “it’s not anything worse than Miley herself has been doing recently, from grinding up on her 40-something-year-old director to pole dancing.”
