From the unfortunate comparisons department: Bill O’Reilly has likened transgender people to Ewoks. Yes, you read that right. The Fox News host was discussing a lawsuit against American Eagle, which allegedly discriminated against transgender employees by not allowing them to dress like the opposite sex, Gawker reports. He asked his guests, who defended the employees, “If you owned a clothing corporation, you say, you can dress like an Ewok if you want?”
O’Reilly also implied that transgender employees would "scare the customers" and argued that "If your name is Fred, you can't look like Dolly Parton."
