Gun owner threatens to kill Wash. Sen. Patty Murrray. A Washington state man has been arrested for threatening the life of Democratic Sen. Patty Murray over her support for health care reform. Federal agents arrested Charles Alan Wilson today in Yakima, Washington. Wilson, 64, has a .38-caliber revolver registered in his name as well as a concealed carry permit.
