The Mid-80's were some the best times of Film and Music, especially when the two went together and the Movie Sound Track King, by far, was Kenny Loggins and nearly 30 (GULP) Years later, the soundtrack of that time is thanks to Loggins contributions to Pop Culture. Kenny Loggins (Looks Great at 65) returned to his home state (He was Born in Everett, WA) and performed this past Sunday at Snoqualmie Casino's Amphitheatre.

But Loggins became his own Opening Act with his new group, a Country/Pop group called Blue Sky Riders, along with fellow Singer/Songwriters, Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr. There Debut Album, Finally Home was released earlier this year. The group performed such songs as I'm a Rider, Brave, Words, Little Victories, How About Now, Dream (This was my Fave).

They did have one Encore with the Country style version of the Beatles Classic,  Help!

After 20 Min Break of Loggins Changing his shirt, The Solo Star came on stage and started with some Ballads from the 90's including; Conviction of the Heart, Return to Pooh Corner (Which he told the Story of How Disney would not allow him to release a song about  a Disney character. But he did not realize that he was actually dating the Daughter of the Disney CEO! Disney changed their Tune.)!

Then he went back  to the 70's with 1979's This Is It,  and 1978's Whenever I Call You Friend. The Duet with Stevie Nicks really launched his Solo career. This time the duet was with fellow Blue Sky Rider, Georgia Middleman.

Before becoming a solo artist he was part of Loggins and Messina, and then included Hits like 1972's Angry Eyes, and Mama don't dance.

When Loggins Played I'm Alright (from 1980's Caddyshack) the crowd got up and went wild!

During the 1st Encore (Yes, there was more then one) He started with 1982's Don't Fight It and went directly into the Top Gun Medley of Danger Zone, and Playing with the Boys (One of his Gayest songs). One of the pieces of merchandise being sold was a pair of Black Brief Underwear with 'Danger Zone' Printed on the back side!

Loggins got a wilder response with 'Footloose'. The only song missing was I'm Free (also from Footloose).

Then One more Encore with his All-Time Best Ballad 1985's Forever. The Energy was so

enormous and I was starstruck as I met Loggins back stage. I invited Kenny to be interviewed in the near future.

The Show was Sober and Nostalgic at the beginning but then ended with a MORE!
