WRONGED: LiLo Flunks Alcohol Test, Does she go to Jail?

Lindsay Lohan headed to court in Los Angeles today for allegedly violating her probation—but it turns out she did nothing wrong, at least legally. Though she had tested positive for alcohol, her probation terms never called for alcohol testing, just testing for controlled substances. And even those tests were supposed to end February 25, PopEater reports. Still, she showed “extremely poor judgment” for hosting a rooftop party, said the judge, as per TMZ.

“Thank you to all my fans for your support. Sending you Love and Light. xo,” Lohan later tweeted. Other celebs were less cheerful about the courtroom result. “What has happened to the justice system in the sate of California seem like all you have to be is famous & they let you get away w/ murder,” tweeted Kelly Osbourne.
