Breast milk ice cream is back on sale in London: Though British authorities seized the "Baby Gaga" ice cream upon its debut a few weeks ago, a government council has approved the product after running health tests, reports NPR, which rounds up British coverage. But the confection shop The Icecreamists, which pioneered the flavor, may face a more potent adversary—Lady Gaga.

Her lawyers sent a cease-and-desist to the dessert makers, accusing them of trying to cash in on her name. To which the store owner replied: "She claims we have 'ridden the coattails' of her reputation. As someone who has plagiarised and recycled on an industrial scale, the entire back catalogue of pop-culture to create her look, music and videos, she might want to re-consider this allegation."
