BUSINESS: Winklevoss Twins Sue Facebook Again!

One $65 million settlement wasn’t enough for Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, who once upon a time hired Mark Zuckerberg to develop a social networking site. The twins are suing Facebook again, claiming that Zuckerberg committed securities fraud by lying to them about the value of Facebook, Mashable reports. They’re seeking unspecified additional damages. Facebook scoffed at the complaint in its response, saying the twins are suffering from “settlers remorse.”

The twins are claiming that Zuckerberg lied by omission, Facebook says in its legal papers. “They insist that their sworn enemy had some special duty to open its books and volunteer any information that bears on the value of a closely-held company.”
