CULTURE: Items From Princess Di's Family Homes up for sale!

If you wish you could get a little closer to Princess Di but aren't interested in buying jam made from her hair, you have another shopping opportunity: Beginning today, art, antiques, and old carriages owned by her family will be sold at three separate auctions, the AP reports. Many of the items from Althorp House, where Diana grew up and is buried, and Spencer House in London have been in the aristocratic Spencer family for centuries.
A painting by Peter Paul Rubens is likely to bring in the most cash, possibly up to $18 million, at today's auction. Starting tomorrow, 19th-century carriages, saddles, and furniture will be sold at the "Althorp Attic Sale." And on Thursday, art and porcelain from Spencer House will be auctioned.
