Nick Jonas presented the Vanguard Award to Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance to present Ruby Rose with the Stephen F. Kolzak Award. Additional special guests included host Ross Mathews, Patricia Arquette, Queen Latifah, Lilly Wachowski, Caitlyn Jenner, Paula Abdul, Lea Michele, Zendaya, Kat Graham, Keke Palmer, NeNe Leakes and Derek Hough, among many others!

The GLAAD Media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and the issues that affect their lives.
