The Bears visit a psychiatric facility in order to interrogate their old nemesis Cyril (Scott Beauchemin), who is surprisingly happy to see them and anxious to help profile the elusive serial killer targeting Chunk models but a miscommunication results in Nelson (Ben Zook) winding up alone with the insane murderer who tried to stop his heart with a giant needle.
