Much as you might wish you could ignore it (or is that just us?), news of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher is still popping up everywhere. Moore was photographed Monday wearing her wedding ring, and Kutcher is
reportedly still wearing his, too. But that’s the only good thing about Moore’s appearance: An expert tells

- Radar uncovers a lawsuit, filed earlier this year, that claims the Moore-Kutcher marriage isn’t legal. Some guy named Marc Aisen, who is Jewish but does not follow Kabbalah, claims in the suit that Kutcher "made a media circus" out of his wedding, which was really just a "publicity stunt" and "not a legal union, nor is the marriage according to California law." Aisen is suing Kutcher, Madonna, and other Kabbalah followers for racketeering.
- Speaking of Kabbalah, Moore and Kutcher had a four-hour counseling session at the LA Kabbalah Centre on Friday, the New York Post reports. Yay?
- Moore’s ex-hubby Bruce Willis is not happy with Kutcher and wants to “give him a huge talking-to,” Perez Hilton reports.
