Oscar winner Javier Bardem is expected to appear on Fox’s musical-comedy sensation this coming season as a rock star who befriends high school student Artie (Kevin McHale), according to Entertainment Weekly.
Bardem, who won the Academy Award for his terrifying performance in No Country for Old Men, pitched the idea to series creator Ryan Murphy with whom he worked with on the upcoming feature film Eat, Pray, Love.
t will be interesting to see the musical side of Bardem who was supposed to star in the big screen musical Nine but dropped out before filming began. He was replaced by Daniel Day-Lewis.
I am still holding out for Bruce Vilanch and Alec Mapa!
