(HOTEL SPONSOR) San Francisco's Kensington Park Hotel has Old Gothic Style!

I made it to my first night in San Francisco, and had a little bit of Kismet, because in a few short days I will be San Diego and staying in the Affluent neighborhood of Kensington.

The Hotel is a gorgeous 1925 Gothic style building. The stylish lobby features hand-painted ceilings, modern artwork, and serves complimentary tea and sherry, nightly to hotel guests.

I first noticed the sculpture of a Horse in the Lobby.

Offering both luxury and modern-day necessities, our exquisitely designed rooms are furnished in rich mahogany, tufted white elegant headboards and crisp white bed linens. Every hotel room has been artfully designed, with unique touches that not only give comfort, but allow you to rest in a luxurious atmosphere.

Often heralded as having the best address on Union Square, Kensington Park Hotel is conveniently located on Post Street, at the Powell Street Cable Car Line. The Kensington Park is also a Personality Hotel as is The Hotel Diva as featured in our Gay Honeymoon series.

Kensington Park Hotel is home to Farallon Restaurant, San Francisco Playhouse, and the San Francisco Elks Club.

Another Kismet, I caught a Glimpse of the view from my room. The Huntington Hotel, the hotel I will be staying at in a month on my way back through the San Francisco.
