General Hospital Turns 50 in 25 Days, and we will be counting down with the Greatest moments in TV History. Today (from 1977 to 1979), Dr. Jeff Webber (Richard Dean Anderson) was rejected by his wife, Monica (Leslie Charleson) and he had a one night stand with a patient, Heather Grant (Cher's REAL sister,Georganne Lapiere). Heather became pregnant with Jeff's baby, and feeling alone and broke sold her baby on the Black market. Jeff tracked her down AND was told his son, Steven Lars (named after his father, Steve Hardy and step-father, Lars Webber) had died at childbirth. Jeff felt guilty and married Heather and she became pregnant again. Heather (Mary O'Brien) soon realized that their family friends, Dr. Peter Taylor (Criaig Huebing) and Nurse Diana Taylor (Brooke Bundy) had 'adopted' a baby boy, PJ (Peter Jr) was really Steven Lars! After losing her second baby, Heather schemed to get close to her son even trying to drive Diana, Insane! Just when people thought Heather was becoming to TOO attached to PJ, Heather moved UP her plot, by spiking Diana's Ice tea with LSD! But in uncanny events PJ switched the glasses and just when Jeff was confronting her, Heather succumbed to the LSD effects and eventually went catatonic with many unanswered questions. STAY TUNED!
