I was floored, but not shocked at Elton John's Mooning another Boater. I was more floored that occasional OUTscene Contributor and EW.com's Dave Karger (wearing the white polo) was there to witness this in all its Glory! I have asked Dave to send Details, but so far he keeping Mum. C'mon, Dave!
