(Ask Misty) My Boyfriends not sleeping in our bed!

Hey misty, I have a problem, my boyfriend of almost two years and the father of my children hasn't slept in bed with me for over two months, he used to talk to girls all the time trying to hook up.. could him not sleeping with me be a sign? Please help.
