'DWTS' Karina Smirnoff will pose nude in Playboy?

Karina Smirnoff, the popular Ukraine-born pro dancer on "Dancing With the Stars," is about to reveal even more of herself than her skimpy costumes show.

Smirnoff will grace the May cover of Playboy, as well as pose nude in the inside pages, the New York Daily News reports. Playboy founder Hugh Hefner broke the news on a Twitter post.

Reports say ABC execs are not pleased.

"If Karina posed naked, she can kiss her dancing days goodbye," a "DWTS" insider told the PopEater celebrity website. ABC has not commented officially on the matter.

Smirnoff has been a successful and popular competitor on the show, which is a ratings giant. This season, she is paired with Ralph Macchio, who looks to contend for the show's top prize,
