OUTscene: (EVENTS) Portland's Q-Center loses Director to State Post, but her Legacy will Live On!

On Saturday, March 12th, 2011 the Portland Q Center staff, board of directors, donors and friends all gathered together for the unveiling of the Kendall Clawson Library and to kick-off the capital campaign to buy the building at 4115 N.
