A Gay 'Situation'?

"Boy code" on Jersey Shore has suddenly taken on an entirely new connotation. Sulky former clan member Angelina Pivarnick is claiming that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is really gay, though he may not realize it. "I think he's gay because of the way he talks and the way he abuses girls," says Pivarnick of The Situation's endless round of joyless wham-bam-thank-you-ma'ams on the program.

"He talks down to women. I honestly feel like he's in the closet right now; he doesn't want to come out," she added. An agent for Sorrentino, who has a large gay fan base, called the comments "ridiculous." The "only way she can get press is to slander my client," he tells Popeater.
