Hillary Clinton says she's not interested in staying on as secretary of state or in any other government job even if President Obama wins a second term in 2012. "There isn’t anything that I can imagine doing after this that would be as demanding, as challenging or rewarding," she told CNN's Wolf Blitzer. Pressed by Blitzer, Clinton said she wasn't interested in becoming secretary of defense, vice president—or president. "I am doing what I want to do right now and I have no intention or any idea even of running again," she said. "I'm going to do the best I can at this job" for the next two years.
"I have the best job I could ever have," she said. "This is a moment in history when it is almost hard to catch your breath. There are both the tragedies and disasters that we have seen from Haiti to Japan, and there are the extraordinary opportunities and challenges that we see right here in Egypt and in the rest of the region." Clinton has previously signaled that she hopes to become an advocate for women and children around the world, Politico notes.
I think she is just waiting for a Public Plea for her to be VP!
