SOAP Q: Updated Dallas snags Hottie, Josh Henderson!

Josh Henderson, previously best known for his role as Edie Britt’s nephew on ABC’s Desperate Housewives, is about to become a lot more famous. Greg in Hollywood Reports.

The 29-year-old actor has just been cast as the son of J.R. Ewing on TNT’s updated Dallas series. The new show will center on the bitter rivalry between John Ross Ewing (Henderson) and Christopher Ewing, the son of J.R.’s brother Bobby.

While the younger Ewings will be front-and-center, some old hands from the original series will be on hand including J.R. himself, Larry Hagman, Linda Gray as Sue Ellen Ewing and Patrick Duffy as Bobby Ewing.

Actually, Henderson looks more like a Christopher, but heres hoping lots of Bed scenes.
