Dr. Phil, the man whose smooth radio voice made him a YouTube sensation has decided to check into a private, inpatient rehab facility to try to rid himself of dependencies on drugs and alcohol,
USA Today reports.
Williams admitted that his sudden fame has allowed him to indulge in old vices—though he had earlier claimed to have been sober for two years, he admitted during the interview to drinking daily. "If Ted is ever going to get better, he's got to be honest with himself and admit he's addicted to drugs and alcohol,"
Dr. Phil said.
