Joel Osteen’s appearance on The View made me wonder why was he so nervous?
The telegenic pastor had appeared on the show last year and made a remark about gay people that really was beyond the pale. He said: “homosexuality is not God’s best.”
He elaborated on that during his visit on Tuesday: “I should finish that sentence. I should make it clear. I don’t think it’s God’s best for your life. I don’t think it’s not God’s best making us.”
He made clear that his Lakewood Church does not ban gays: “We don’t have the sign at the door: no gays, no drunkards, no people on drugs. We’re for everybody.”
Come out before the media OUT's you!
