Scott is happy at the moment, but he never stays that way for long. Scott's Bio dad was a drug addict who died of AIDS. His mother, Cindy soon learned she had it too and was a target of an anti AIDS vigilante group. Soon Cindy and young Scott's life changed when she fell in love and married the very rich, and sweet, Stuart Chandler. While in High School, Scott met the sweet , Anita but to lose her to his Best Friend, Bobby. He almost lost his gay teacher from a murdering homophobe, but his Teacher's sister ended up dead. Scott went to Stanford and met the sexy Greenlee but had to return home for a Family crisis, later when he had been dating and stalking the sweet, Becca, Greenlee arrived in Pine Valley and wasn't about to share Scott with anyone! Eventually, Scott lost them both and left town once again. Years later, Scott returned to town after learning Stuart had been murdered accidentally instead of the intended target, Adam (Stuart's twin)! Everyone in town, thought that crazy and misunderstood, Annie was the murderer, but Scott learned the truth (Adam did it) and teamed up with Annie to protect the secret. Scott was trying to fight his attraction to Annie, but suppressed it when Annie ended up marrying Adam. Adam's son, JR (Hoping to get rid of Annie) seduced his step-mom and surprised himself and Annie about how much he liked her. When Adam found out, he left them both , and made Scott the head of the family! Palmer (JR's rich uncle) mentored Scott until his death and Scott stole plans for a new gadget. Annie turned to Scott for comfort. This past week, Scott finally hooked up with Annie and made arrangements to market Palmer's new device. How long will the happiness last? Will he lose Annie to JR?
