On the slight chance Sarah Palin needs more money, or perhaps just wants to follow in her almost-son-in-law's footsteps, Larry King and Sarah Silverman have an idea for her: Take it off for Playboy. The apparent non sequitur came at the end of King’s interview with Silverman last night, when out of the blue he asked the comedian what she thought of Palin (because, he said, CNN has to say her name at least once a night).
“About what? Her posing in Playboy?” Silverman responded. “I think she should go for it.” OK, fine and good. But King was quick to reply, “Agreed,” and Steve Krakauer over at Mediaite isn’t quite sure how to feel about that: “So now the host of the prime time cable news show is agreeing that Sarah Palin should pose in Playboy. Was he joking? Sure. But does that make it OK?”
